1. Introduction
Welcome to Jacaranda Cleaning. By entering into a contract with us for cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided
Jacaranda Cleaning offers professional commercial and domestic cleaning services across the Bromley and outer London in the UK. The scope and details of the services will be outlined in the contract agreed upon by both parties. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services with prior notice.

3. Bookings and Contracts

All cleaning services must be booked through a formal contract signed by both Jacaranda Cleaning and the client.

No work will commence without a valid contract in place.

Contracts specify the scope of work, pricing, schedule, and other terms specific to the client.

Amendments to the contract must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
4. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate the contract by providing written notice as stipulated in the contract.

Early termination by the client may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the contract.

Jacaranda Cleaning reserves the right to terminate the contract if payment terms are not met or if unsafe working conditions exist.
5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing will be clearly stated in the contract.

Payment terms (e.g., upfront, monthly invoicing) will be specified in the contract.

All invoices must be paid by the due date indicated.

Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.
6. Client Responsibilities

The client must ensure Jacaranda Cleaning staff have safe and reasonable access to the premises.

The client should secure pets, valuables, and fragile items before service.

The client is responsible for informing Jacaranda Cleaning of any hazards or special instructions related to the premises.
7. Liability and Damage

Jacaranda Cleaning takes care when providing services, but is not liable for pre-existing damages or conditions.

Any damage caused directly by Jacaranda Cleaning staff will be reported immediately, and we will work to resolve it fairly.

Liability is limited to the value of the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Staff Conduct

Our staff are vetted and trained professionals.

Clients may not solicit or employ Jacaranda Cleaning staff directly without our consent during and for 12 months following service termination.
9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use personal information solely for providing and managing our services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and any contracts are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising will be resolved through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
11. Changes to Terms
Jacaranda Cleaning reserves the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of material changes in writing.
